For this 4,000 sq. ft. triplex loft in Tribeca Kelly creates her signature mix of raw and refined details. Extravagant gleaming metals in such functional items as the kitchen cabinetry blend with playfully proportioned Italian modern 80’s furniture. The extremely durable cerused and ebonized walnut floors are seen throughout the residence pay homage to the clients’ busy lifestyle. All of this together created the perfect interior design.
David Collins Studio
Created in 2010, Sky Residence at the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Mahanakhon (a mixed-use skyscraper in Bangkok) is a luxurious oasis of cultural influence and artistry. The project was designed by David Collins Studio, an award-winning interior design practice based in London. With a portfolio of projects across five contents, David Collins Studio was poised to tackle Sky Residence with a unique and global vision.
One more amazing project by Kelly Hoppen. Stunning and luxury – Chalet in Switzerland. It is a beautiful project that reflects the designer’s good taste, great eye for the details and passion for interior design. It is a great visual proof that Kelly is one of the top interior designers in the world.
Victoria Hagan Interiors
In a high-rise apartment overlooking the city’s waterfront, decorator Victoria Hagan creates the interior design of a suave space as compelling as the sparkling views. The designer’s initial response to space and the views informed most of her choices. “The star of this film isn’t the apartment, it’s Milwaukee,” explains Hagan, who has little interest in creating eye-popping stage sets. “The city has an understated elegance. You don’t want to shout. And that made designing this home especially rewarding for me because in all my work I think there are grace and beauty in a little . . . less.”
This Ultra-Luxe 1910s Mansion on Chicago’s Lake Shore Drive designed by wonderful Alessandra Branca. Under her guidance, the four-story Georgian edifice has become a neoclassical refuge bathed in supersaturated color and rich textures—the perfect interior design for its owner, a man-about-town, to sip a Campari on a balmy May afternoon.
LDa Architecture & Interiors
A new project from LDa Architecture & Interiors grounds its distinctly contemporary interior design in the ancient Hindu architectural principles. Called Vastu Shastra, the complex Hindu system of design prioritizes geometry and arrangement of space, emphasizing themes like symmetry, function, and nature.
Fashion Designer Lisa Perry Goes Back to the Future with a 1960s-Style Retreat on the French Riviera. Spend any time at all with fashion designer Lisa Perry and it quickly becomes clear that, in addition to her love of fashion, she has a serious passion for interior design.
A Legendary 1920s Palm Beach House is a Showcase for a Striking Art Collection. Restored to its former glory, art adviser Heidi McWilliams’s home is a stunning backdrop for her wide range of works. The interior design of this place is indescribable!
It’s no secret that fashion and interior design go hand in hand, but Bottega Veneta is making this clear with a luxury property it designed on famed Fisher Island in Miami Beach. The 5,000-square-foot space in Palazzo Del Sol, a new residential development, is complete with furniture and decor from the Italian luxury goods and high fashion brand.
For this craftsman-style home in Hillsborough, California, the team at IDF Studio created a luxurious, updated traditional space full of florals and ornate details. Featuring antique and contemporary furnishings, the interior design feels both baroque and richly modern, and it comfortably suits the owners, who needed a house that’s family-friendly and yet also perfect for parties.
Nadia Watts working with architects JR Lamicq and Mike Woodley of Woodley Architectural Group, created a dream retreat in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. Full of spaces for entertaining, cooking, and playing games, the house also features elegant furnishings, sumptuous fabrics, and quiet spaces for activities no more rigorous than listening to music and napping.
A clean, minimal approach to design doesn’t have to result in austerity. Take for instance this modern, sprawling apartment Kara Manncreated for a couple, Kitzia and Richard Goodman. Situated in a prestigious Chicago building in the Gold Coast historic district, the primary residence melds stark lines with textural richness from the marble, velvet, and even églomisé that Mann employed throughout the interior design of the rooms.
